There is little to no difference between the costumes of the first Robin (Dick Grayson) and the second Robin (Jason Todd), beyond artist's styles and printing technology between the eras.

Dick's domino mask was regularly drawn as black (with the occasional green highlight), while Jason's was more often green (with the occasional black shadow). In addition, the number of 'ties' down the chest would change per artist.

Also, Jason Todd briefly wore one of Dick Grayson's old circus costumes (pre-Crisis, see Robin: History).

In Batman: Hush (2002), an adult Jason Todd appears, wearing a red domino mask, a black costume with multiple pouches, a bandolier and a beige trench coat.

He also has a white streak in his hair, which isn’t really explained until Batman & Robin (Vol. 1) #5 (2009), when Jason says the streak was a result of being tossed in the Lazarus Pit.

Jason Todd As Red Hood

In Batman: Under the Hood, Jason wears a sleek, modified version of the original Red Hood costume.

This is considered Jason’s signature look.

Red Hood as Batman, Robin & Nightwing

In Batman: Battle For The Cowl, Jason Todd/Red Hood wears his own Batman costume.
In Teen Titans (Vol. 3) #29, Jason sneaks into the Titans Tower to prove Tim’s worth. He rips off his Red Hood costume to reveal a modified Robin costume underneath, with canary yellow tights.
In Nightwing, Jason wore Dick’s then current Nightwing costume. At the time, DC editor Dan DiDio was considering killing off Dick Grayson. It’s possible Jason was considered as a replacement. Jason continued to use the dagger that became synonymous with the character.
In Countdown, beginning with issue #17, Jason sports the Red Robin costume.

This was a costume that had been designed as an adult Robin costume and was initially featured in the Elseworlds tale Kingdom Come as a costume for a middle-aged Dick Grayson. 

Jason dumps it in a garbage can somewhere after declaring: ''The cape and cowl game is for suckers!''

Later on, Tim Drake wears this costume as Red Robin.
